在機(jī)器人進(jìn)行自動(dòng)焊接前,操作人員必須示教機(jī)器人焊槍的軌跡和設(shè)定焊接條件等。由于必須示教,所以機(jī)器人不面向多品種少量生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品焊接。
Before the robot performs automatic welding, the operator must teach the robot the trajectory of the welding gun and set welding conditions. Due to the need for demonstration, robots are not suitable for welding products with multiple varieties and small quantities of production.

機(jī)器人沒(méi)有眼睛,只能重復(fù)相同的動(dòng)作。機(jī)器人軌跡精度為±0.1mm,以此精度重復(fù)相同的動(dòng)作。焊接偏差大于焊絲半徑時(shí),有可能焊接不好,所以工件精度應(yīng)保持在焊絲半徑之內(nèi)。
Robots have no eyes and can only repeat the same action. The robot's trajectory accuracy is ± 0.1mm, and the same action is repeated with this accuracy. When the welding deviation is greater than the welding wire radius, there is a possibility of poor welding, so the accuracy of the workpiece should be maintained within the welding wire radius.
3、焊接條件的設(shè)定取決于示教作業(yè)人員的技術(shù)水平

操作人員進(jìn)行示教時(shí)必須輸入焊接程序,焊槍姿態(tài)和角度,電流、電壓、速度等焊接條件。示教操作人員必須充分掌握焊接知識(shí)和焊接技巧。
When teaching, operators must input welding procedures, welding gun posture and angle, current, voltage, speed and other welding conditions. Teaching operators must fully master welding knowledge and skills.

機(jī)器人是一種高速的運(yùn)動(dòng)設(shè)備,在其進(jìn)行自動(dòng)運(yùn)行時(shí)不允許人靠近機(jī)器人(必須設(shè)置護(hù)欄)。操作人員必須接受勞動(dòng)方面的專門(mén)教育,否則不準(zhǔn)操作。
A robot is a high-speed moving device, and during its automatic operation, people are absolutely not allowed to approach the robot (safety barriers must be installed). Operators must receive specialized education in labor safety, otherwise they are not allowed to operate.
